• Contact form: your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, and your message, to reply to you.
• Online booking: your contact details and your appointment, to confirm it, remind you of it and welcome you.
• Reviews: your rating, your text and the signature you choose (first name and initial, or anonymous), published with your consent. You can withdraw your review at any time with the link you received.
• Loyalty card: your email, to send you the link to your stamps.

The site only uses technical cookies needed for it to work: they protect the forms (contact, booking, payment) and keep a step in progress. No advertising or audience-measurement cookies: visits are counted anonymously, without cookies and without recording your IP address. A YouTube or Vimeo video only loads if you click “Play the video”, and card payment takes place on the secure page of our payment provider: these services may then set their own cookies.

Your data is kept for as long as our relationship requires and as legal obligations demand (for example accounting).

You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, or object to its use, by writing to the email address shown above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
